Meet our Lead Pastors

Rodney & Gina Richardson

Rodney and Gina Richardson have immersed themselves in the ministry for nearly four decades. With a deep commitment to making a transformative difference, they have taken on various roles, such as teacher, counselor, outreach coordinator, and preacher, dedicated to serving both men’s and women’s ministries. Their diverse experience allows them to influence and uplift individuals in meaningful ways positively. Their remarkable journey began in the sun-soaked state of Florida, where they first crossed paths at Philippian Community Church in January 1988. An instant connection—love at first sight- set the foundation for their lifelong partnership. A month later, they became engaged, sealing their commitment to a beautiful wedding on November 5, 1988. As Rodney fulfilled his duties in the Navy, the couple embraced the adventure of relocating to the stunning landscapes of Hawaii in 1990, where they enjoyed 28 years of rich experiences and spiritual growth.

While in Hawaii, God intensely intensified their calling to ministry. In 2002, they received a profound prophetic message declaring that Rodney would lead with the heart of a true shepherd. Meanwhile, Gina was inspired to develop a fervent passion for intercessory prayer, positioning her as a prayer warrior in her community. Rodney possesses an extensive educational background, holding two bachelor’s degrees. His degree in theology provides a solid foundation in biblical principles, while his degree in psychology equips him with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and interpersonal relationships. Gina has a solid foundation in theology due to her biblical certification. She is also a certified natural health professional, continuing to expand her knowledge in this field to serve others holistically.

Together, Rodney and Gina are unwavering advocates for the sanctity of marriage. They are committed to equipping couples with essential tools and strategies for creating lasting, fulfilling relationships. Drawing from their 30-plus years of marriage, they provide invaluable insights and guidance that empower others to navigate partnership challenges with grace and strength.

Driven by a strong divine calling to help individuals lead victorious lives, Rodney and Gina passionately encourage others to seek a deeper relationship with God through heartfelt worship, devoted prayer, and profound teaching. They emphasize the transformative importance of “waiting on God” in all aspects of life. Their bold mission led them to leave the beautiful shores of Hawaii and establish a Place of Victory Ministries in Aurora, Colorado. Here, they ignite hope, inspire spiritual growth, and invite others to embrace the abundant life that God promises, fostering a community rooted in faith and love. Join them on this transformative journey toward purpose, fulfillment, and an unwavering connection with God!

What We Believe

Our Core Values

S.I.L.E.N.T. Don’t just TALK about it, LIVE it out LOUD!

We believe our lives are meant to be spent on helping the unchurched, de-churched, and churched see Jesus and discover His abundant life. “Now, even though I am free from obligations to others, I joyfully make myself a servant to all in order to win as many converts as possible.” (1 Cor 9:19)
We believe the doors of the church community should be open to everyone. ”For here is the way God loved the world—He gave his only, unique Son as a gift. So now everyone who believes in him will never perish but experience everlasting life.” (John 3:16)
We believe love is the identifying mark of true discipleship and should come through in our daily lives. ”For here is the way God loved the world—he gave his only, unique Son as a gift. So now everyone who believes in Him will never perish but experience everlasting life.” (John 13:35)
We Believe every Child of God is precious in His sight. “So may we never be arrogant, or look down on another, for each of us is an original. We must forsake all jealousy that diminishes the value of others.” (Galatians 5:26)
We believe the Body of Christ is one body with many unique members. ”Now you [collectively] are Christ’s body, and individually [you are] members of it [each with his own special purpose and function].” (1 Corinthians 12:27)
We believe the Gospel brings new life by correcting the old order of living. ”Now, if anyone is enfolded into Christ, he has become an entirely new person. All that is related to the old order has vanished. Behold, everything is fresh and new.” (2 Corinthians 5:17)
